Angel Care is a provider of home health services established in 1995. We are licensed by the State of Texas for Medicare and Medicaid patients (Includes Primary Home Care, Family Care and STAR+Plus).
Our customers include individuals, community and governmental agencies, managed care organization, employers and hospitals. These clients rely on Angel Care to provide a wide range of home health services including but not limited to :

promoting health and rehabilitation utilizing relationships formed with physicians and community resources. These goals will be met through teamwork and compliance with professional standards
